Measure latency to your broker endpoint

No broker-specific benchmark is published because no verified endpoint dataset is available. Use this repeatable checklist with the exact endpoint your terminal will contact.

    Identify the endpoint: record the broker hostname or IP, endpoint city, protocol and service port.

    Test the route: use the Frankfurt looking glass for ping and traceroute where the destination permits them.

RAM is allocated to the VM. Add the documented memory requirements of Windows, each terminal and any local database or analytics process; avoid sizing from an unverified terminal-count estimate.

Storage and operating-system options

HP plans include allocated NVMe storage. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 Evaluation images with Desktop Experience are available for up to 180 days; you must install a valid license before the evaluation expires.

Operational boundaries

Uptime, Security, Remote Access, and Backups

99.9% infrastructure SLA

The 99.9% SLA covers incidents caused by Private Hosting infrastructure. Customer-side licensing, operating-system, firewall, application and broker configuration are outside that scope. Planned maintenance is announced by email one week in advance; the published Terms of Service govern the full conditions and remedies.

Always-on DDoS mitigation

Every Forex VPS is protected by always-on L3/L4/L7 mitigation at the Frankfurt edge. Protection is included at no extra cost and is backed by the network's total 3.2 Tbps mitigation capacity; this is shared network capacity, not dedicated capacity per VPS.

RDP access and customer security

Windows credentials are sent by email after automatic provisioning and RDP is enabled. Change the Administrator password immediately, restrict RDP at the firewall, patch Windows and applications, use antivirus where appropriate and protect broker credentials; these controls are your responsibility.

Independent backups required

No automatic-backup frequency, retention or recovery-time promise is made on this page. Keep tested, independent copies of terminal profiles, EA files, configuration and required datasets outside the VM, and contact support before ordering if a panel snapshot workflow is mandatory.
